SEV SERVICE DESK - SEV YARDIM MASASI

Okul toplumumuza vermekte olduğumuz IT desteğimizi artık SEV Service Desk adında yeni bir platform üzerinden vereceğiz. Tüm SEV okullarının kullanmaya başlayacağı bu program ile sizlere daha verimli ve hızlı destek vermeyi hedefliyoruz. Uzaktan öğrenim sürecine özel bir program olmayıp, okul açılışından sonra kampüs hayatımızda da kullanmaya devam edeceğimiz bir platform olacaktır.

Bir şekilde bu sisteme erişemez durumda olursanız, tüm talep ve sorunlarınızı support@sev.org.tr mail adresine iletmenizi rica ederiz. Bu şekilde sizden gelen talepleri platformumuza ekleyebileceğiz.

We recommend that you review our user manual of our new platform Sev Service Desk that you may us for contacting us about your IT problems and new requests. You may also find an example request in the attachment.

If somehow you may not access the platform to form a request, we would like you to send requests and problems to support@sev.org.tr mail adress. That way we may add the requests to our platform.
